CANCELLATIONS

You may at any point before dispatch of the product(s)/item(s), request a cancellation, in return for a full refund including the shipping costs.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

 

Unless otherwise specified refunds are not available for digital products purchased via our website, once the order is confirmed and the product or service has been completed this is classed as a final sale. We may only issue a refund if there was a misrepresentation in the product or sevice description, or if there is a technical problem related to the product or service provided.

 

This is due to many of our services binding digitally generated products to the vehicles VIN number purchased with, meaning it cannot be re-purposed or re-used.

We have no obligation to provide a refund in the following situations:
- You change your mind about an item;
- You bought an item by mistake;
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item;

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

For any unopened PHYSICAL items/products, you can return your package within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date you receive the delivery (signed delivery date), and we will exchange the Product(s) for a full refund of your Purchasing Price (excluding shipping costs).

We reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee of 25%.

 

For any opened (unboxed) PHYSICAL items/products , you can return your package if it’s in its original, undamaged and unmarked, unused condition within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date you receive the delivery (signed delivery date)

After the items/products passes an inspection by us, we can then issue a full refund of your purchasing price (excluding shipping costs).

We reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee of 25%.

 

Depending on your original form of tender, refund to your debit/credit card, or PayPal will be issued within thirty (30) days provided the returned item is in its original condition. If there is any signs of use, damage, or parts missing, 125 Coding retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 25% of the original price of the items/products or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
